The National Electric Power Regularity Authority (NEPRA) on Sunday issued a feasibility study report of Pakistan’s first coal run power plant project which would produce 239 million units of electricity.
The report said that the 50 Mega Watts (MW) plant would be established in Kallar Kahar.Project and its cost was estimated at Rs 780 million.
The project would be completed in 24 months.
The project would generate 239 million units of electricity, lowering the price to Rs 9.65 per unit.
