Public Affairs and Complaint Cell at the Prime Minister (PM) office were abolished on Wednesday as part of reducing the PM staff for austerity.
The cell’s officers from grade 19 to 22 have been directed to report to the Establishment Division.
The officers who have been asked to report to the Establishment Division include Mazhar Ali Khan Grade-22, Aurangzeb Haq and Sher Ayub Khan Grade-21, Masood Akhtar Grade-20 and Mohammad Jameel Grade-19 from the Pakistan Administrative Services group.

Dear Mian Sahib, I have great respect for you and the PML(N). But it is sorry to say that electricity problem still persist and it is effecting very seriously the people of Punjab. All claims made by Respected Shahbaz Sharif have Vanished in the Air. I am resident of Guldasht feeder of Lahore. Electricity situation i this feeder is such that it is routine that load shedding schedule is not being followed. On 10 may to 11 after electricity is put off and with out following load shedding schedule and when it is put on than again with in five minutes it is put off. Situation is so that in addition to the miseries of the consumers/people now people have started face the burning of their electric appliances. It is Agony i.e. mental as well as financial. it would be right to say that people have started facing the miseries even paying the handsome amount to WAPDA, in shape of electric bills.
Most worrying for me that since I am is the great supporter of PML(N) and wish this party to remain in power for all the times to come. But the present electricity problem clearly indicate that it may not be possible in future. As, only the electricity issue in PPP tenure have thrown the PPP out of PUNJAB. Because the people of Punjab suffered maximum during the PPP period. I am afraid if this situation persist than the Fate of PML(N) will be the same in near future. which will be very demoralizing for me. Although you have initiated many project for power generation but till the time the present is not put right till that time PML(N) no hope for PML(N) future. People will not wait for three – four years.Next 4-5 months will be sufficient to decide the Fate of PML(N) or set the future trends. So please do some thing to address the present situation first.
My suggestion is that present situation warrants no spending on development project, except power projects. Rest all development projects be stopped and all spending must be diverted to minimize the load shedding in nex t4-5 month. If this is not done the fate of PML(N) may not be different then PPP, in Punjab. which will be very detrimental for me, being a supporter of PML(N). with Best Regards

The Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science and Technology (FUUAST) has been promoted 39 non-PhD faculty members to the level of associate professor in violation of HEC eligibility criteria on yesterday 22-10-2013. The FUUAST is a public sector university established through an ordinance (No CXIX2002) promulgated by the President of Pakistan. According to the charter the President Mamnoon Hussain is the chancellor university. Keep in mind; this is the first public sector university in Pakistan where promotion rules still persisted because of the strong teachers´ political influenced towards the administration.

It is to mention that the examination of class 7th of Prime Minister scholarship held in 2014 under Quality Education was completely unfair and based on relation by some higher authorities.The Examination of those candidates belonging to higher authorities were conducted in a separate room from other students.The Question paper was out by those authorities because the candidates belong to higher authorities were already aware and they prepared only those questions of test.we mention this complaint in newspaper also but no action is taken till now regarding this issue.The proof of this fixing is the result of a girl who didn't attend the exam but her is in passing candidate list although she is not from Government school as per rule.The Quality Education Quetta also took Rs.300 without any slip or challan which is not mention in rule and we can't challenge it through any department as no one is ready to hear.The entire schemes of Prime minister like technical center admission,language centers admissions etc have the same position.

Up gradation of the post of Supdt (BPS-16) to BPS-17 announced in budget speech on 3-6-14 however, today is 21-7-14 and notification is not issued. Oh what a governance of renowned party. No body is following the implementaiton of directives which would become failure of this govt. Mian saab went to Saudi Arabia to perform Umra and Dar Saab may be alongwith him. the supdt(BPS-16) fate in the hands of handful bureaucracy who are not under the govt of Nawaz sharif. Massive disappointment amongst supdts of Federal Govt as KPK govt has aleady done it on 22-5-14 and taken lead from Federal Govt. which is clear difference of CHANGEed PAKISTAN. PM of Min of Fin may take notice of the matter immediately to solve it before Eid ul Fitr to make happy 300 families on the relegious festival.
all Supdt (BPS-16) of Federal govt want to celebrate this eid with Notification of upgradation. PM or Fin Min may take notice to resolve the matter between PM sectt and Fin Div relevant wing for the favour of Supdts but not at the cost of them. It has already a delayed case since 2007. COMPLAINT AGAINST EOBI

Dear Sirs,
I am a citizen of Pakistan and pensioner of EOBI. EOBI officials are neither listening nor implementing the orders of Government of Pakistan. For example:
1) In the budget 2013-14 it was announce that minimum pension will be Rs.5000/- w.e.f. July 2013. But whole year EOBI paid us only Rs.3600/-. Repeatedly requested but no action.
2) Now in the budget of 2014-15, it is announced that pension is increased from Rs.5000/- to Rs.6000/-. Still no information about the increase in the pension AND/OR any information of the arrears w.e.f. July 2013.
JUST reading the finance ministry notification with respect to increase in pension, who said, President has authorized the Deputy Secretary (R-III) to increase the said pension.
My humble request to honorable President of Pakistan to order some relevant person to issue the order for EOBI CHAIRMAN OR BOARD OF DIRECTOR to increase the pension along with payment of arrears with effect from July 2013. We are in thousands will pray for your better health and prosperity

With due respect it is submitted that undersigned ABDUL HAQUE QURESHI S/O SULTAN MEHMOOD is working as an employee in one of the companies in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the year 2009, from the saving of my hard-earned money, I had purchased a 10-Marla Plot bearing No. 210 in Judicial Town. Now, when I contacted with the society for Land-marking/possession to construct a house for my family, I came to know that Forest Department is having a dispute with this society and has filed a case of unauthorized accruing of Forestry’s land. Unfortunately, my plot is also included in this disputed land.
2. Sometime back, Society had executed a survey on that land. Due to the survey, some new plots had been created. Ideally, these newly created plots are located adjacent to the boundary of Forestry’s land. Consequently, the Society Administration made some serious changes/amendments in the Map of the Society for Shifting/changing the existence of newly created plots (i-e., plot No. 219A and 219B etc) from disputed to undisputed place to accommodate its chosen and favorite members. All the plots of helpless members like me were pushed-in in the Forestry’s disputed land. Later on, these adjusted plots were distributed among the chosen members. If these map’s changes/alteration would not happened, definitely my plot would be lying in undisputed place.
3. Moreover, from the start of this dispute with the Forest Department, the society’s administration is continuously changing and/or transferring the plots of its favorites and selected members from disputed to non-disputed plots up till now. As an instance, the owners of Plot No. 202 and 203 were granted like-wise. Their plots been shifted/exchanged from disputed to non-disputed plots and these are nearest to mine.
4. In the view of the facts narrated above, it is therefore requested to you to please issue some instructions to the Judicial Town authorities to make some necessary arrangements to exchange and/or alternate my Plot from disputed to undisputed land by same ways in which the owners of Plots No. 202 and 203 been treated. So, the undersigned can build a shelter for his children.
5. I shall pray for you and your family to have prolonged healthy life and to get all prosperity.
