Hot and dry weather will continue in the city and no respite is in sight until June 14. The city on Saturday faced the hottest day of the current month as temperature was recorded at 45 ºC. The sizzling heat forced people to remain indoors. Youths of the city continued to throng the canal to get respite from heat.
