Sarah Jessica Parker is launching her own, real-life line of shoes in partnership with CEO of Manolo Blahnik, George Malkemus. Parker told Vogue.com that in a silly way, she thinks that it’s what people have expected of her because of Carrie Bradshaw- the shoe-crazy character she played for six years on ‘Sex and the City.’ The 48-year-old actress’, who is famous for Bradshaw’s over-the-top, pricey pumps and stilettos, but real-life collection, named SJP, will be less extravagant, the New York Daily News reported. Simple pumps and flats from the collection will cost between 200 dollars and 300 dollars and they will be available exclusively at Nordstrom early next year. Parker said that because she got to play that role, she wore a lot of shoes and by default she learned an enormous amount. The fashion fan and Malkemus are also working on a line of bags and trench coats.
