Pakistan has released a mentally-challenged Indian national Kuldeep Singh alias Deepu, as a gesture of goodwill, who had crossed into Pakistani side of the border two months ago from Sangrur.
Kuldeep Singh was received by his brothers at the Wagah border. His brother Seesan said that Deepu was mentally disturbed and was not able to talk.
