Chief secretary Sindh Ijaz Chaudhry has imposed a ban on use of air condition in government office for four hours daily.
According to a communiqué issued from office of Sindh’s chief secretary, air conditions in all government offices will be prohibited from 9AM to 11AM, 1PM to 2 PM and from 4PM to 5PM.
Ijaz Chaudhry has directed the heads of all government offices to implement the ban in letter and spirit.
He warned that violators of the ban would be dealt with iron hands and no compromise would be made in this regard.
