The Enforcement Department of Capital Development Authority (CDA) has demolished 28 under-construction chambers of lawyers in a football ground in Sector F-8 Markaz.
The CDA officials are of the view that the chambers were being constructed without taking permission from the authority.
Deputy Director, Enforcement Department Muhammad Iqbal supervised the operation.
Meanwhile, Municipal Administration Department of the CDA also conducted an operation against the encroachments in Sectors F-10/2, G-11/2 and G-10 Markaz.
The president Islamabad Bar Association should come forward to settle the matter. Personally as a member of the same I do not like to have a chamber in the football ground
