Rangers recover 80kg explosives, arrest three accused

The Sindh Rangers’ claimed to have recovered around 80 kilogrammes of explosive material and arresting there accused in a raid on a house here on Monday.

According to details, rangers received a tip-off and conducted a raid on a house located in PECHS at Tariq Road area, and recovered around 80kg of explosives along with a few chemicals used to enhance the intensity of a bomb explosion.

They also recovered 10 sacks of ammonium nitrate, three drums full of hydrogen peroxide and two boxes of metal.

Officials said three suspects, allegedly belonging to a banned militant outfit, were also arrested in the raid.
