At least six militants were killed and three others sustained injuries after jet fighters pounded their hideouts in Tirah on Saturday.
According to reports, security forces accompanied by jet fighters pounded the hideouts of militants, killing six on the spot and injuring three others.
Three hideouts of militants were also completely destroyed in the bomb shelling.
Later, security forces shifted the injured militants to an undisclosed place for medical treatment.
