After China, the US government on Friday offered to help the upcoming government of Pakistan overcome the prevailing energy crisis.
Talking to newsmen, US State Department’s spokesperson Patrick Ventrell said that a new government was coming to power in Pakistan and the US government looked forward to working with them.
Furthermore, the US government hailed the peaceful transition of power in Pakistan.
To a question, he said that the US government had a deep relationship with Pakistan. He said that issues like counterterrorism and energy were top priorities, but US had offered a wide range of assistance to Pakistan.
