At least two persons were killed in separate incidents of violence here on Friday.
According to police, a bullet-riddled body of a 30-year-old youth was found dumped near Sir Syed College in Nazimabad. The victim, yet to be identified, was been shot in the dead.
Mubashir, 18, was shot dead on Hawks Bay Road in Maripur. Besides, police apprehended six suspects after a shootout in Musharraf Colony.
Meanwhile, Rangers also arrested four criminals and recovered weapons from their custody during search operations in different areas of the city.
According to Rangers sources, the operations were conducted in Khokhrapar, Kunwari Colony of Manghopir and Machhar Colony.
The criminals were involved in incidents of targeted killings, they added.
