Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) President and candidate for NA-48 Makhdoom Javed Hashmi on Sunday vowed that his party would defeat the corrupt with massive public support and the passion of the youth. He said PTI would rid the capital from land mafia and will provide clean drinking water to the people of the twin cities.
Addressing the participants of ‘Tabdeeli Razakar Convention’ in Islamabad, the PTI stalwart warned that the days of the status-quo forces were numbered and PTI, with the support of strong-willed youth, would secure a thumping victory in the coming elections.
Earlier, Hashmi along with PTI central leaders Shahzad Wasim, Ali Awan, Raja Khurram Nawaz and Malik Sajid visited various trade markets of the federal capital, including Karachi Company, Peshawar Morr, G/10, G/11, F/10, F/11 and E/11, where he was welcome by traders and citizens.
Addressing the participants of Tabdeeli Razakar Convention, Hashmi reiterated his resolve that the PTI would bring about a real change in the country by defeating both PPP and PML-N in the forthcoming general elections and the prime minister’s secretariat and presidency would be turned into universities for the youth.
He said the youth were the real force of the party and they had come forward to spread PTI and Imran Khan’s message of change to each nock and corner of the country.
Javed Hashmi urged the Tabdeeli Razakars that it was right time to stand against the anti-people parties who had been ruling the country for decades and had given the masses soaring inflation, lawlessness, terrorism and joblessness. He asked the youth to go door to door and keep the people cognizant of PTI’s message.
“The spirit and enthusiasm of the youth is stunning and marvelous, which is a clear indication that change has taken place, as no force can stand in the way of this tsunami,” the PTI president vowed, adding that he himself was feeling younger and energetic when he saw the passion of the youth.
During his visit to various sectors of the capital city, Hashmi addressed the traders and citizens and gave them an assurance that the PTI, after coming into power, would fight for their rights and would resolve their issues on war-footings.
Hashmi vowed that the enthusiasm and spirit of the people of all walks of life were a clear indication that they were fed up of the dynastic political parties, which was a positive sign, hoping that May 11 would prove to be a deciding day on which PTI would stand victorious.
He said that he very well knew about the property-related issues of the people of the twin cities.
“I will work to form new laws to resolve the issues being faced by tenants or the owners of private properties,” he said.
He went on to say that the PTI would hold local body elections within 90 days so that the people could elect representatives of their own choice.
He said dwellers of the federal capital were facing numerous problems but unavailability of clean drinking water was the one of the most important and PTI would resolve this issue on an emergency basis, vowing that the PTI government would uphold merit and would put an end to the exploitation of small workers and civil servants.
On the occasion, the people assured them their full support and hoped that PTI, under the leadership of Imran Khan, would succeed in establishing a ‘Naya Pakistan’.
