At least 25 people were arrested from Latifabad area of Hyderabad when rangers and police on Saturday launched a joint operation in different parts of area after Thursday’s attack on rangers Headquarters in which one official was killed and three others wounded.
Rangers cordoned off different areas of Latifabad and arrested 25 suspects during house-to-house search. Large quantity of arms was also recovered during the operation.
The arrested suspects were shifted to an undisclosed location for further investigation.
