Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Monday took notice of estranged PPP leaders contesting elections independently against PPP ticket holders in various constituencies.
Bilawal said efforts would be made to persuade the estranged PPP leaders to withdraw from elections against PPP ticket holders.
The PPP chief will begin addressing election rallies via video link from Tuesday.
Meanwhile, President Asif Ali Zardari will arrive in Karachi to oversee PPP’s election campaign.
Sources said President Zardari has been advised by his spiritual leader to reside near the Arabian Sea until general elections.

Boy or man, his father has destroyed PPP, which under ZAB became a symbol of hope for poor, is today a symbol of oppression, bribery, corruption and deceit.
