Rawalpindi District Coordination Officer (DCO) Rashid Mehmood directed the Islamabad Electricity Supply Company (IESCO) not to conduct load shedding during the two days of the general elections.
He expressed these views while presiding over a meeting of district load management committee on the other day.
The DCO, on the request of the president of the district bar, directed the IESCO authority to arrange a briefing in the hall of the district bar so as to share the hurdles regarding load shedding and shortfall of electricity with them.
