An Anti-terrorism Court (ATC), during Saturday’s proceedings of the Benazir Bhutto murder case, summoned all accused, including former military ruler Pervez Musharraf, for its upcoming hearing on April 23.
The case was heard by ATC judge Chaudhry Habibur Rehman.
Although Musharraf has already been summoned in the case twice, including yesterday’s hearing; he failed to appear after which the judge issued summons for him and the other accused again.
The ATC had indicted Musharraf in the case in February 2011, and in August of the same year he was declared a proclaimed offender.
