Pakistan on Wednesday conducted a successful launch of intermediate range ballistic missile Hatf-IV (Shaheen-1).
The missile incorporates a series of improvements in range and technical parameters of the existing warhead and is capable of carrying nuclear and conventional warheads to a range of 900 kilometres, the Inter-Services Public Relations said in a statement.
Wednesday’s launch, with its impact point at sea, was witnessed by Director General Strategic Plans Division Lieutenant General (R) Khalid Ahmed Kidwai, NESCOM Chairman Muhammad Irfan Burney and other senior military officers, scientists and engineers

I am agree with Faizan.. yeah we have poor and starving children. but look around you. what happening to other Muslim countries. I don't have to point out the name . as we are living in same world. nothing is hidden till u close your eyes and ears.. Pakistan would be on top list but this is our defense that we are still surviving, YES we have lots of poor and starving children and people but i thank GOD they are not dead and covered of blood children many other Muslim countries. I cry when i see Iraq and Palestine pictures, but then after a minute i become selfish and thanks God that these pictures are not of my son, daughter father or mother.
This is in defence. If we dont do so India will understand itself as superior to Pakistan. This is only self defence
@ash: Absolute rubbish there is no future if you are not strong militarily . India has never accepted pakistan from its first day and it has been interfering and creating problems for pakistan since 1947 . What do you think compromising national security and spending money only for civilian purpose would solve our problems ?

You can defend and pay for those weapons but do not expect me to send money to feed your poor and hungry. We too are in economic crises, each Church here in the village I live have opened food banks so that poorer families are helped. I am sure you are not poor and needy, you probably have a nice home and plenty of food, just make sure MR. that you pay your TAXES so that some of your poorer countrymen and woman can eat. Cos another point is that few people pay Tax in Pakistan.
Mr Ash we dont force that u send money etc to poor guys. I dont know that y other countries become jealous frm pakistan…. I salute to my milatry and my country defence system and scientest . And i wish that Allah give him more success that they make weapon from which pakistan can easily control whole world..
