Lahore High Court (LHC) Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah on Friday disposed of a petition filed by former federal minister Faisal Saleh Hayat for issuance of a duplicate matriculation certificate after assurance by the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE), Lahore.
Earlier, BISE’s counsel appeared before the court and submitted that the board had decided the representation of Hayat for a certificate. It has been decided that a certificate would be issued after submission of an affidavit by the petitioner, he added. The court after hearing the arguments disposed of the matter.
