Veteran journalist Najam Aziz Sethi on Thursday took oath as caretaker Punjab chief minister in a solemn ceremony held at the Governor’s House.
Punjab Governor Makhdum Syed Ahmad Mahmood administered the oath to the caretaker chief minister.
The oath-taking ceremony was attended by parliamentary committee members.
Rana Sanaullah, Iqbal Channer, Mujtaba Shujaur Rehman, Shoukat Basra, Chaudhry Zaheer-ud-din and Major (R) Zulfiqar Ahmad, Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Punjab President Mian Manzoor Ahmad Wattoo, US Counsel General Nina Maria Fite, political personalities and senior journalists also attended the oath-taking ceremony.
