KP interim cabinet sworn in

A nine-member caretaker cabinet of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Sunday took oath.
Governor Engineer Shaukat Ullah has administered oath to the interim ministers.
The oath taking ceremony of was attended by interim KP Chief Minister Justice (r) Tariq Pervez, judges of the Peshawar high Court and other officials.
The ministers who took oath are: Rauf Khattak, Fayaz Khan Toru, Mussarat Qadeem, Younus Khan Marwat, Ishaq Khattak, Sameen Jan Babar, Omar Farooq Khan, Dr Farrukh and Jehangir Khan.
All caretaker ministers are considered non-political but experts in their respective fields. Rauf, Sameen and Younus Khan Marwat are retired bureaucrats. Fayaz had served as inspector general police and home secretary whereas Ishaq, Omar and Farrukh are technocrats.
Lone female caretaker minister Mussarat Qadeem is a social worker. She has also served in the Political Science Department of Peshawar University. She is from Charsadda.
Jehangir is a lawyer and belongs to Haripur.
