LAHORE – The Pakistan Hockey Federation has announced a new selection committee, comprising Olympian Abdul Hanif Khan (chairman), Khalid Bashir and Mohammad Arshad Chaudhary (members).
The PHF nominated Hassan Sardar and Manzoor Hussain Junior as technocrats in the PHF Executive Board. Zafar Ali Khan and M. Asad Malik have been relieved from the executive board. One seat of technocrat still remains vacant. The issue will be discussed in the board meeting.
The federation also replaced Custom’s representative Fateh Muhammad Shaikh with Naveed Akram Cheema, Director General, WAPDA Sports Board.
The 19th PHF Executive Board Meeting will be held on Saturday at 1100 hours in the PHF Conference Room of the National Hockey Stadium, Lahore.
