A man named Iftakhar, resident of Guldast Town, was returning from his job late night when unidentified men opened fire and murdered him.
The police said that this could be a case of rivalry. The victim was the father of four sons and one daughter.
ROBBERY:
A robbery took place in a shop situated in the area of Manawa. According to details, robbers tore apart the roof of the shop and took goods worth Rs 35,00,000 and escaped from the scene.

A 25-year-old unidentified woman’s dead body was recovered from a local hotel at Data Darbar area.
The hotel management said that the room was booked by a man named Imran.

A man was injured in an exchange of fire in Ghalib Market. The injured was rushed to a hospital.
ARREST:
A female drug dealer named Afshan was arrested from Mahmood Booti and one and half kilogramme of heroin was recovered from her possession.
