Madina Town police registered an FIR against four men for torturing Rubina Maqsood, 26, a resident of Chak 423-GB who worked for them as a maid.
Rubina alleged that Sheikh Danish of canal colony had stopped her from meeting her family and when she told him that she would quit, he started beating her on petty mistakes and tied her at night to stop her from fleeing. Rubina added that one night she physically protested and as a result was beaten by Danish and his three accomplices. She identified one of the perpetrators as the general manager of textile export firm of Danish and dumped on the ground floor from the second storey.
Danish and his accomplice fled soom after the crime and Rubina was rushed to Allied Hospital’s orthopedic ward by neighbors.
Police said they had recorded Danish’s statement and he had denied the allegations and said his counsel maintains that Rubina fell from the roof.
Go by the statement of the maid. Arrest mr Danish. Freeze his bank account and account of his company. Confiscate his properties including this house.
Then see how he will start speaking truth, once he is brought to earth by above mentioned measures.If he still does not speak the truth then drop him from the same second storey where he says maid fell down . Include his general manager also for the drop exercise .
