Governor Sindh Dr Ishratul Ebad on Monday approved resignations submitted by provincial ministers belonging to the Muttahaida Quomi Movement (MQM).
According to Khawaja Izharul Haq, the MQM ministers have vacated their offices and they have also returned their official vehicles.
He said that MQM’s Rabita Committee will decide as to who will be opposition leader from MQM in the Sindh Assembly.
On Saturday, MQM announced to quit the federal and Sindh provincial governments citing PPP’s failure to meet their demands and accusing the government for giving freehand to criminals in Karachi.
