Rawalpindi Police have arrested 22 lawbreakers, including four men and women who were allegedly involved in immoral activities.
According to a police spokesman, the police seized 2,635g of charas, 905 bottles of liquor and 125g of heroin, one dagger, 149 litres petrol and gadgets used for illegally refilling Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), cylinders from those arrested. He said the Gungmandi Police had arrested Asif for possessing 900 bottles of liquor. The Race Course Police raided several illegal petrol agencies and arrested Mudasir, Baidar, Hussain, Habib, Faizan and Anees. The Peerwadhai Police, acting on a tip-off, conducted a raid at a brothel run in the “Baradari” Hotel and arrested Noor Raza, Muhammad Rehman, Shakeela and Farah for involvement in immoral activity.
