The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has cancelled the NOC issued for the development of Roshan Pakistan Housing Scheme in Sector E-16. The authority announced the cancellation of an NOC issued to Roshan Pakistan (RP) Corporation for the development of Roshan Pakistan Housing Scheme in Sector E-16, Zone-II, with immediate effect. The action has been taken by the CDA on account of non-completion of post NOC formalities, even after a lapse of more than 7 years after the issuance of the NOC. The CDA has also warned the public to refrain from investment, sale and purchase of land or plots in the Roshan Pakistan (RP) Corporation Housing Scheme E-16, Zone-II.
what about the people who have already bought plots over there
Are there any people who wants to join legal action against RPC to recover the money paid? Please response to get an idea of how many before proceeding..

is granted further, why it is not been posted at RP web site and cda website?

Shame for CDA to announce very huge amount sector E & D 12 for elite class, that right was only for middle class families.
rp is the best for investment.. i have 3 plots in rp and i am satisfied.developement work is slow but not stopped.

I am abroad and I asked one of my relatives to check the status. He told me that he saw only one tractor there .
He met with Numberdar of Pind Parian where the scheme is being developed. His response was very negetive.

I have sent several emails but no body is responding anything about the development of RP Sector E16 Scheme or the possession of plot or the current status of the scheme. I have tried several times to contact the relevant person but I have always been informed that the concerned person is not available at the moment. Is anybody who is concerned with this project can inform me about the status of this project and ho can I got possession of the plot, what about development progress and developmental works etc. Can construction be started here?

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) cancelled with immediate effect the No Objection Certificate (NOC) it had issued for the development of the Roshan Pakistan Housing Scheme in Sector E-16. The action was taken because M/S Roshan Pakistan Corporation did not complete post NOC formalities, a CDA press release issued on Wednesday stated. The release added that the civic agency waited for more than seven years for the corporation to fulfill the formalities. The CDA also warned the general public “in their own interest to refrain from investment, sale and purchase of land or plots in Roshan Pakistan Corporation Housing Scheme”.
