At a time when the law and order situation of the country is deteriorating by the day, many companies have begun catering to the safety and security needs of different national and multi-national corporations. One such endeavor has been initiated by an ex-army professional Syed Ali. Before, embarking upon any security trainings, the company first employs training needs assessment to ensure the training needs of the workforce.
