Committees to ensure women inheritance right

The Punjab government has decided to make administrative committees at the district level for the protection of women rights in inheritance. The committees are being formed to end corruption in the Land Revenue department and ensure the right of inheritance for females. According to sources, the District Enforcement Inheriting Rights Committee (DEIRC) would be headed by district coordination officers (DCOs) and the committees would ensure transmission of properties inherited by women. The committee’s first meeting was presided by DCO Saqib Zafar who approved the initial policy of protection of women’s right to inheritance. According to the policy, verification by two persons and the union council would be necessary for transfer of inherited properties. The B-form issued by the NADRA is also made mandatory for the transfer.

  2. How my mother can apply, to get inheritance share from her brothers.My mothers, three brothers, occopied all the properties after the death of their father.Can my mother give application lonely, to DPO against her three brothers, excluding other four sisters.

  3. 20 YEARS AGO A BROTHER SHOW THAT HIS SISTERS ARE DIED. AFTER MUYATTION HE SOLD THE PROPERTY. NOW THE COURT DECISION IS PRESENT. fard Malkyat is with us. But Patwari not ready to locate that property. Application with all supporting dacument has sent to chief Minister, Chief secretary, Comissioner Gujranwala , D.C. Sialkot,and Assistant comissioner . These application were sent on 12-3-2015 and to day is 27 Of march, but no one replied. This case is related to village Pindi Bhago, Tehsil Pasrur District Sialkot.

    My wife are four sisrters and no brother ,their father holding aproperty in Chahr majhra under FDA . Their one uncle and two unties are alive and the property devieds 2/3 for four sisters and 1/3 for uncl and unties this work don by FDA their father died on oct 2009 the total property is under uncle and their sons they not ready to give kabza to them .property is having two shops and a house all on rent . How can they take kabza from them please reple for halp. Thanks

    My wife are four sisters and no brother . Their father died in oct 2009 he was holding a property in Chuhar Majhra FDA .The property is under kabza there uncle and their sons they not ready to toker over to us what can do this mater please reply soom thanks.
