SC moved against Tahirul Qadri

A petition was moved in the Supreme Court in Lahore registry on Monday against the founder of Tehreek-e-Minhaj-ul-Quran and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri, seeking the apex court to stop him from political activities.
Barrister Zaffarulla, the petitioner, has pleaded the apex court that Tahir-ul-Qadri and Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) are hatching conspiracy to delay upcoming general elections.
He further said that a commission had termed Qadri a mental patient.
Zaffarulla requested the court to put Qadri’s name in the Exit Control List (ECL) as, according to him, he was hatching conspiracy against democracy.
Dr Qadri, who is set to hold long march towards Islamabad on January 14, has also invited the MQM to participate in the march.

  3. Yep ! anybody talking sense is " undemocratic "….

    – democracy in Pakistan will never flourish as long as :
    – Political dynasties are there, that is why there in no intra-Party election ( then these politicians are talking of democracy when there is no democracy within their own party )
    – domination of Parliament by landowners, that is why they have discouraged taxing agriculture income…when agriculture sector is contributing 28 % of GDP…
    that is the reason Dr Tahirul Qadri is against these two elements…..

Tahir-ul-Qadri is a proxy of Gen.Kiyani – who wants Qadri to come out with few thousands on Islamabad Avenue – where sacrifice of few hundreds will pave the way for Kiyani to telephone President house and Iftikhar Chaudary to take action and dissolve the parliament and announce care-taker (per name given by Kiyani) and than Iftikhar Chaudary will extend his tenure alongwith Kiyani will be given another extension (till life) and Qadri will PM for another decade (or upto his life) IK can be accommodated as Foreign Minister or Dy PM, and MQM will be awarded CM of Sindh and – Plane will be provided to Zardari/Bilawal/ Nawaz /Shehbaz Sharif and sorry no-seat for former PM (Gilani & Nisar) he will be hatched in Adiala alongwith Pervaiz Rental and other ministers for rotting. I Pray from my heart this conspiracy may prove wrong – as change is only possible through the ballot. Period.

Election is the one way corridor of elites to enter parliament after exploiting the the poor and intentionally deprived masses*They are forced to select one of the two available corrupts*Party manifesto should be constitutionalised and not delivering according to their manifesto could be a reason to disqualify that govt* Family mafia politics should be ended and real representatives from every section of society will bring peace,progress and unity*

  12. Taking out long march or mobilizing public against corrupt system is right of any citizen of Pakistan including Tahir Ul Qadri. Just because Qadri is turning out to be another thorn in the eyes of PML(N) does not mean it should be deprived of its basic right.

To Respected Supporters of Tahir-ul-Qadri… a few year ago on killing of BeNazir Bhutto most of people of Pakistan were unable to assume that what Zardari will do with Pakistan in next 3-5 years… But today we got all answers… Zardari and his allied parties DESTROYED Pakistan Economy… Now in the same way USA tries to induct new PUPPET as care taker prime minister to NOT to let Pakistan Nation select Head of the State of their own choice… Please DO NOT Support him… He has no experience in Politics… 2ndly he is not a leader… he is a traitor… he is a liar… he is disHONEST… Yahoo is full of videos criticizing so called Shaikh ul Islam (Molana Tahir ul Qadri)… He has NO authority, post, position to make reforms or form a commission to make reforms to election commission or to reform anything… He needs to reform himself… May Allah save us from another puppet of US… May be he is a new card of Zardari to get delay in elections… as PPP will not get majority if elections held in time… Please DO NOT Support Tahir-ul-Qadri…

  17. I am trying to make my point by giving real time example which could offend some of Pakistani brothers and sidters.

    Mr Qadri divorced his citizenship by taking up another citizenship. His allegiance is now with his new girl friend which is Canada. There is nothing wrong with that. Why he wants to come back and sleep with his ex wife which in this case is Pakistan.he must be expelled from Pakistan. I wish him best of luck with his new citizenship.most of Pakistani are uneducated and like religious people. I expect commonsense will prevail and most of the people can make right decision. Main question is why did he change his CITIZENSHIP of Pakistan? Any body to help me with good explaination. Thanks in advance.
