ISLAMABAD – Abdul Latif, a 50 year old employee of the Economic Afairs Division (EAD), was shot dead on Saturday by in-laws of his daughter, who married a young man through a local court. According to police, Adalat Khan and Attique, brother and brother-in-law of the girl, shot Abdul Latif outside his house in sector G-6-1/3 in the precincts of Aabpara Police Sation.
The girl’s husband, Asad, informed police that his father was shot dead by Adalat and Attique. Body of the deceased was shifted to polyclinic from where it would be handed over to his relatives. No arrest was reported till the report was filed.
