PM emphasizes trade between Pak, Nigeria

Pakistan High Commissioner designate to Nigeria, Lt Gen (Retd) Muhammad Ashraf Saleem, called on Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf at the Prime Minister House.
The Prime Minister said that both Pakistan and Nigeria, an important country of West Africa, enjoy friendly and cordial relations and directed the Ambassador designate to take these relations to new heights.
The Prime Minister said that both Pakistan and Nigeria were important members of Developing 8 and recently concluded D-8 summit in Islamabad provided an important opportunity to their respective leaderships to further enhance bilateral cooperation.
Dilating upon the resource potential of African Continent, the Prime Minister expressed the hope that the Ambassador designate would make all possible efforts to tap the unexplored potential to Pakistan’s benefit.
The Prime Minister directed the Ambassador designate to focus on expanding and diversifying commercial relations between the two countries as the current level of economic relations was not commensurate with the excellent ties between them.
The Prime Minister emphasized the need to exchange trade delegations for enhancing commercial and economic ties.
The prime Minister directed the Ambassador designate to extend all possible assistance to the Pakistani community and look after them.

  1. why are nigerians living in pakistan being brutalized by pakistan police and citizen and government daily?but over 30,000 pakistanis are residing in nigeria without disturbance.but if any nigeria citizen visit pakistan he/she will be submitted to all sort of evil treatment from airport official to the citizens of pakistan on the street.many nigerian citizens are in jails in different part of pakistan especial punjab province,most of them are their because of fake cases registered against them by the corrupt pakistan police and other pakistan agent.what type of friendship is that or tie is that?can someone visit the jails and see to themselves.no human right laywer in ths country
