Industrialists and daily wagers are facing huge trouble as the gas supply to textile industries of the city is suspended on seventh consecutive day.
According to the Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) sources, the decision of gas closure was made due to the gas crisis.
It should be mentioned here that the gas supply was to be restored today after four days’ closure.
Owners of the industries said that they were facing huge loss due to the problem.
On the other hand, thousands of the daily wagers and industries’ employees are also deprived of their earnings due to the issue.
Advisor to Prime Minister on Petroleum and Natural Resources Dr. Asim Hussain will return back from a foreign visit on Monday and would meet the industrialists on Tuesday.
