Rawalpindi Anti-Terrorism Court on Saturday gave Sehba Musharraf’s counsel Ilyas Siddiqui one last chance to appear in court during a petition hearing regarding the freezing of former president Pervez Musharraf’s bank accounts and assets. According to a private television channel, ATC Special Judge Habibur Rahman heard Sehba’s petition challenging the freezing of her husband’s assets. Although Siddiqui was supposed to present the details of his client’s source of income in court on Saturday, he failed to appear for the hearing. Due to his absence, the ATC gave Siddiqui one last chance to appear in court and adjourned the hearing until Dec 15.
