Property seizure: ATC gives Sehba’s lawyer last chance

The Anti-Terrorism Court in Rawalpindi on Saturday gave Ilyas Siddiqui, Sehba Musharraf’s counsel, one last chance to appear in the court during the hearing of a petition against the freezing of former President Pervez Musharraf’s bank accounts and other assets.
ATC Special Judge Chaudhry Habibur Rahman heard Sehba’s petition challenging the freezing of her husband’s assets.
Although, Advocate Siddiqui was due to present the details of his client’s source of income in court, he failed to appear for the hearing.
Upon his absence, the ATC gave Advocate Siddiqui one last chance to appear in the court and adjourned the hearing till Dec 15.

  1. About a decade back, it was Benazir's property, which were being confiscated by the courts, then it was nawaz Sharif and now is Musharraf.
    seeing the vendetta politics of Pakistan, Guess who do you see in line beyond 2013 -2014.
    I can clearly see Iftikhar Chaudry ex Chief justice or his son standing in this line.

  2. Musharraf had kept her begum and Amman on this issue and enjoying his political dines with other ladies.He has earned so much via nuclear and arms deals that he can buy any villa like that in any place of world but for keeping his mom and official wife busy he is enjoying these tunes.
