Unknown gunmen on Wednesday sprayed bullets on a prayer leader and killed him on the spot in a mosque in New Karachi area, media reports said.
According to police, the unidentified attackers entered a mosque in New Karachi no.5 and ambushed the prayer leader. The cleric was killed follwing which tension has gripped the area.
SP New Karachi claimed that police has apprehended one of the attackers while they are searching for the others.
