Pak-South Korea agree to bolster bilateral ties

Pakistan and South Korea have agreed to boost relations in all fields with special focus on trade and economy.
The agreement came at a meeting between President Asif Ali Zardari and his South Korean counterpart Lee Myung Bak in Seoul on Tuesday.
Both the leaders held one-on-one meeting which was later joined by their respective delegations.
In his remarks‚ President Zardari expressed the confidence that his visit will lead to opening new avenues of mutual cooperation between the two countries and bringing the two peoples more closer.
He said Pakistan offers lucrative investment opportunities to the South Korean investors especially in energy and infrastructure sectors.
He said South Korean investment in these sectors will also help Pakistan in overcoming power crisis and improving its economy.
The President said he feels pleasure to be in Seoul hoping that his visit will go a long way in further strengthening bilateral ties.
