Pakistan Meteorological Department on Monday forecasted cold and dry weather for most parts of the country during the next couple of days as mercury drops in northwest areas.
Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are likely to remain under intense cold and dry weather during next few days.
In Kashmir, mainly cold and dry weather is expected in most parts, however, light rain with snowfall over the hills in Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan is likely at one or two places during the next 24 hours.
The lowest minimum temperatures recorded during last 24 hours were Skardu -10 C, Astore -07, Hunza -06, Gilgit -04 and Quetta -03.
The maximum temperature recorded during last 24 hours was Lasbela (Balochistan) 29 C.
