At least 34 people have been killed and many injured by two car bomb explosions Syria’s capital district, Syrian media reported.
According to the sources, “terrorists” were behind the blasts in Jaramana.
The district comprises primarily of Druze and Christians no so far involved in the uprising.
Clashes between security forces and rebels in Jaramana were also reported earlier.
There has been fierce fighting in recent days in areas around Damascus.
