Police killed a criminal while arrested his accomplice in an injured condition during an encounter in SITE area of the city on Sunday.
According to police, two criminals opened fire on a young man and left him injured near a shop in the area. The criminals tried to flee from the scene when they saw police approaching towards them.
Police started firing and killed one of the criminals while arrested the other one in injured condition.
Police also recovered pistol from the arrested criminal.
It's always good news whenever a wanted criminal is taken out of the equation. Citizens can breathe a little easier knowing there is one less threat to worry about.
