Punjab Chief Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif Saturday said November 3 is the black day in the history of Pakistan, as a dictator undertook an unconstitutional step in a bid to salvage his power.
The Punjab CM Sharif said the dictator caused an irreparable loss to the nation and the country, adding the entire nation stood united against the unconstitutional step by Pervez Musharraf.
Pakistan, he asserted, would have been a rather developed country, had the government of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) not been abolished unlawfully.
The PML-N believes in the supremacy of law and the Constitution and will continue to oppose every unconstitutional and illegal measure, he added.
