Artificial teeth were recovered from the skull of a cow slaughtered on the occasion of Eidul Azha by Fareed Durrani, a resident of Paposh Nagar. The fake teeth were placed in the front part of the lower jaw of the cow purchased by Durrani for Rs 42,000 from the cattle market set up on Eid at Sohrab Goth near the metropolis to facilitate Karachiites to purchase sacrificial animals. When the beast was slaughtered on Eidul Azha, the owner was flabbergasted when he found the fake teeth. Talking to APP, Durrani advised the people to properly check for injuries or disabilities of the animal and its physical appearance before purchasing the beasts for sacrifice.
