Price of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) was increased by Rs3 per kilogram on Wednesday. The new price will be applicable from next month.
Talking to media persons, LPG Distributors Association chairman Irfan Khokhar said LPG prices were increased by Rs2,755 per ton hiking its price both for commercial and domestic prices higher.
“The prices in international market have been raised and now this raise has been transferred to consumers,” he added.
After price hike, per kilogram LPG will cost Rs120 in Lahore, Rs130 in Karachi, Rs150 in Islamabad, Rs160 in Murree and Rs 170 in Gilgit.
Price of domestic cylinder will increase by Rs35 and commercial cylinder by Rs140.
