Drone strikes affecting Pakistan’s effort to combat terrorism: Malik

Interior Minister Rehman Malik on Monday underlined that drone attacks in Waziristan should be stopped because these are against the regional sovereignty of Pakistan.
In an interview with CNN in London‚ he said the drone attacks are affecting Pakistan’s efforts to combat terrorism.
He dispelled the impression that Pakistani nations is demanding for military operation in Waziristan. He said the use of force is not the solution of all the issues.
Rehman Malik said that despite all resources‚ US is not completely successful in Afghanistan.
To a question the Interior Minister said that two Afghanis were involved in the attack on Malala Yousufzai. He said the efforts are under way for the arrest of the attackers.
He said Malala is the honour of Pakistan and we are waiting for her early recovery and return.
He said that the government will provide complete security to the family of Malala and special women police will also be deployed for the security of Malala.
Rehman Malik has said that govt will get approval of dual nationality bill from Senate next month.
Talking to media in London, Interior Minister Rehman Malik said that government wanted to provide the right of vote and contest election to overseas Pakistan. For this purpose the government will get approval of dual nationality bill from Senate next month.
He also informed that condition of Malala Yousufzai is improving and her parents will stay in England with her till her full recovery.
Interior Minister said that a comprehensive strategy has been chalked out to eliminate illegal SIMs.
He said the illegal SIMs are now becoming a lethal weapon.
