Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) had told its officers and staff to remain on duty during Eid holidays to facilitate consumers.
Sources said that IESCO Chief Executive Javed Pervez had issued special directives to ensure the presence of staff for the four days off, from October 26 to 29. All consumers had been appealed to contact the complaint office in their area to report complaints. Consumers can also lodge complaints on the toll-free number 0800-25250.
