Pakistan’s censor board seems to have grown stricter with time. After Saif Ali Khan and Salman Khan, it’s Shah Rukh Khan’s turn to get disappointed, for his latest might not get clearance from the censor board across the border.
Saif’s ‘Agent Vinod’ and Salman’s ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ were banned in Pakistan and it looks most likely that SRK-Yash Raj’s ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ too would meet the same fate.
“The film may get banned in Pakistan because it involves Shah Rukh Khan in an Army operation in Kashmir. The trailer too has been stopped from being screened on various TV channels in Pakistan. The movie shows SRK as part of a bomb disposal squad in the Indian Army who is up to some serious action in Kashmir, which may be the reason it might be banned,” a sources was quoted as saying by an Indian news channel.

    • We make it for the world for entertainment. india pakistan is all the same we just hv few differences but, other than that we like the same roti, dal aur briyani.

  1. The only way to counter Indian movies is, Pakistanis should also make good films and project its own culture and history! If Pakistani drama serials can beat Indian soaps then I am sure Pakistani quality films can compete with Indian films, we dont need to put a ban on screening, but censor can trim the offensive language and scenes.
