Sikh pilgrims from India and other countries across the globe will start reaching Pakistan on Tuesday (tomorrow) to celebrate the birth anniversary of the first Sikh Guru, Sri Guru Nanak Devji.
The authorities concerned have finalised the arrangements to accommodate the visiting pilgrims, security arrangements and other facilities.
It should be mentioned that Andhra Pradesh state government had earlier informed the Pakistani authorities that it had decided to send a ‘jatha’ (group) of 3,000 Sikh sehajdhari pilgrims to Gurudwaras in Pakistan.
Indian Sikh pilgrims would be allowed to visit Gurudwara Sacha Sauda, Gurudwara Dera Sahib, Gurdwara Janmasthan Guru Ram Das, Gurudwara Singh Singhania, Gurudwara Hargobind Sahib and Gurudwara Mula Khatri, Gurudwara Nankana Sahib, Gurudwara Punja Sahib, Gurudwara Kartarpur Sahib and Gurudwara Rori Sahib.
