Minister for Information and Broadcasting Qamar Zaman Kaira has said that greater cooperation in the field of media will help further bolster relations between Pakistan and China.
He was talking to a ten member Chinese delegation headed by Director General China Radio International Wang Gengnian here on Thursday.
He said China is playing an important role in development of Pakistan and launch of Dosti channel will give new dimensions to relations in the field of media. He said this initiative will help better understand each other’s culture.
CRI Director General Wang Gengnian said Pakistan and China have exemplary relations and these will be further promoted through cooperation in different fields including the media. He said launch of Dosti channel is an important milestone and quality contents will be produced keeping in view the interests of Pakistani people.
