District and session court issued arrest warrants of sports minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Aqil Shah as he did not appear before the court on Wednesday.
According to media reports, Election Commission had filed petition against Aqil Shah who was accused of having a fake degree.
The court summoned him on October 17, failing which his arrest warrants were issued.
