At least seven people were killed and another four were injured after an armed clash erupted between two groups in Kuchlak area late on Monday. DIG Investigation Hamid Shakil told APP that an armed clash took place between two clans of Kakar tribe in Kuchlak police precincts, resulting in seven deaths. “Police and other law enforcement agencies rushed to the spot soon after the incident and moved the dead and the injured to Civil Hospital Quetta,” he said, adding that casualties had occurred on both sides. Referring to initial reports, a police official said the clash took place probably over land dispute.
