Mohammad Ali Pehalwan downed Badshah Pehalwan to lift the Hamza Shahbaz Tiger Dangal title here at the Minto Park Wrestling Stadium.
A big crowd was present to witness the renowned wrestlers in action and lauded them a lot. In other competitions, Gonga Pehalwan beat Azhar Pehalwan, Nadeem beat Jalal, Usman beat Junaid, Danish beat Adnan and Amanat Pehalwan downed Hassan Pehalwan while the matches between Nomi and Tenda, Mama and Khurram, Suhail and Imran ended in draw.
Convener CM Punjab Mohsin Arshad on the occasion said: “The maximum participation of wrestlers as well as spectators proved that this dangal was one of the bests and full of entertainment which was widely praised and lauded by people from various walks of life. We will continue holding such successful dangals and try our best to promote the game not only across the Punjab but also in the entire country.”
